Maxim Promo is a promotion and web platforms agency with a varied client portfolio across retail, hospitality and services. The agency had solid expertise in events and promotional materials but no in-house performance marketing team.
We joined as a white-label partner: their clients' Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns are built and optimised by our team, and the monthly reporting is delivered under the Maxim Promo identity. For each campaign we build dedicated landing pages with full conversion tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag) and set up e-mail automations for the leads generated.
In 2025 we ran over 40 campaigns for 15 end clients, from store launches to recruitment drives. The working model includes a weekly status meeting and a shared dashboard in which the agency sees every client's budgets and results in real time.
