Streamline Agency is a Romanian TikTok LIVE creator agency enrolled in the platform's official agency programme. The founders had access to the programme but no brand, processes or tools to scale beyond the first few creators.
As a TikTok partner, we started with strategy: the ideal creator profile, benefit packages, programme rules and monthly targets for hours streamed and diamonds. We built the agency brand, recruitment pages, creator presentation materials and onboarding scripts.
We fitted out a streaming studio with three stations, professional lighting and branded backdrops, used by creators who lack proper conditions at home. For management we built an internal dashboard that aggregates TikTok Backstage data: live hours, earnings, trends and alerts for inactive creators. The agency grew from 6 to over 80 active creators in its first year.
A business model new to Romania, with no local benchmarks, whose growth depended on constantly recruiting and retaining creators.
A strategy built on the TikTok programme rules, brand and recruitment materials, a physical studio and a performance dashboard for fast decisions.
