An ERP brings inventory, purchasing, sales, production, deliveries and accounting into one system, so the numbers are the same in the warehouse, in sales and at the accountant. We implement Odoo, the most widely used open-source ERP, for companies that want ready-built modules and zero licence costs, and for truly specific workflows we develop custom CRM/ERP systems from EUR 2,900. A full inventory ERP implementation starts at EUR 3,900 and includes process analysis, configuration, data migration and integration with e-Factura and SAF-T.

Technology & approach
Odoo runs on PostgreSQL and Python, and we host it containerised with Docker on Hetzner or your own server, with daily backups. We configure the required modules (Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, POS), adapt the Romanian localisation (VAT, e-Factura, SAF-T, chart of accounts) and build the reports management needs. For custom systems we use Laravel or .NET with PostgreSQL. We migrate data from Excel, SAGA, SmartBill or your previous software, run in parallel for a month and switch over when the team is ready. Typical timeline: 6-12 weeks.

How long does it take to build a website?+
