What it is
Audio production gives your brand a voice: voice-over for video spots and explainers, radio commercials, jingles and sonic signatures, phone system (IVR) and hold messages, in-store and event announcements, e-learning courses and company podcasts. We work with a network of professional voices (male and female, different tones) in Romanian, English, Italian, Russian and other European languages, while recording, editing, mixing and mastering take place in our Botoșani studio on professional equipment with acoustic treatment. We deliver WAV and MP3 files to the broadcast standards required by radio, TV, ads platforms and phone systems, digitally and on the same day, to clients across Romania and Europe, with usage rights transferred in full. For integrated campaigns we coordinate production with our verified partners, from radio studios to Vizual Print for printed materials (delivered as print-ready PDF), so the audio and visual messages launch together.

How we work
You send the script or let us write it, choose the voice from 3-5 samples matched to the brief, and we agree on tone, pace and pronunciation of specific terms. We record in the studio, edit breaths and pauses, add music and effects where needed and master the file for its final destination. One revision round is included, and additional recording for text changes is charged at a reduced rate. For phone messages we deliver the exact formats required by Yeastar, 3CX, Asterisk or telecom operators' systems, and for radio spots we include 10, 20 and 30 second versions.

What does a visual identity package include?+
The basic Brand Kit (249 EUR) includes a logo in 3 variants, colour palette, fonts, business card and source files in every format (AI, SVG, PDF, PNG). Brand Kit PRO (449 EUR) adds the brand manual, social media templates, e-mail signature, letterhead and a set of mock-ups. Delivery takes 7-10 working days, with two rounds of revisions included.
Do you handle printing and installation too, or just the design?+
Everything. We work with partner printers and manufacturers (including Vizual Print) for printed materials, large-format printing, signage, illuminated signs and vehicle wraps, and in Botoșani and the surrounding area we carry out the installation with our own team. You receive a single quote covering design, production and installation, and a single delivery date.
How long does a photo shoot or a video spot take?+
A product or corporate photo shoot takes half a day to a full day, and you receive the edited photos within 5-7 days. A 30-60 second video spot (Video Pack, 449 EUR) involves one shooting day and 7-10 days of editing, with two rounds of changes. We travel with our equipment across the Moldova region, and for the rest of the country and Italy we schedule consolidated shooting days.
Can I use the logo and materials without restrictions?+
Yes. After the final payment, the usage rights to the logo, graphic materials, photos and videos produced for you are transferred entirely to your company, for any channel and duration, in Romania and abroad. The only exception is third-party licensed fonts and elements, for which you receive clear licensing guidance.
