What it is

Subscription IT support replaces "the nephew who knows computers" with a team that responds within guaranteed times, remotely and on site in Botoșani, Iași, Suceava and, through partners, across the country and in Chișinău. We cover the everyday IT of a company with 3-100 employees: installing and configuring computers, printers and phones, administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, network and Wi-Fi, antivirus and security policies, licences, user accounts and guidance for staff when something breaks. The subscription starts at EUR 69/month.

Technology & approach

We use remote management tools (RMM) to monitor and update Windows and macOS computers, a ticketing system where every request has an owner and a deadline, and standard procedures for onboarding, offboarding and role changes. We administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory / Entra ID, antivirus (Bitdefender, Microsoft Defender), workstation and server backup, and Ubiquiti, MikroTik or Cisco network equipment. Every month you receive a report with resolved tickets, response times and investment recommendations for the year ahead.
