We use models from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, chosen for quality, cost and confidentiality requirements, with a RAG architecture (searching your documents before answering) for accuracy and no hallucinations on business data. We integrate the assistant into your website (widget), WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and CRM via API, and the backend runs in Node.js on our infrastructure or yours, with data stored in the EU. We start with a pilot on the 20-30 most frequent questions, measure the resolution rate and expand based on real conversations. For internal automations we use n8n and the model APIs, with human review wherever the decision matters.

How long does it take to build a website?+

The deadline is set in the contract and also depends on how quickly we receive your content (copy, photos, logo); if you do not have them, we can produce them.
Which technologies do you use, and do I own the website?+
