Every site has a staging environment where we apply updates before production, with automated visual checks. We monitor uptime, response time and Core Web Vitals with Uptime Kuma and Google Search Console, and security with Wordfence or Patchstack for WordPress and periodic scans for custom applications. Change requests come in through a dedicated form or email and are handled by priority, with response times guaranteed by SLA. For clients with an online shop we include a monthly check of the checkout and payment flow.

How long does it take to build a website?+
A landing page is ready in 5-7 working days, a presentation website in 2-3 weeks, an online shop in 4-6 weeks, and a custom platform in 2-4 months, depending on complexity. The deadline is set in the contract and also depends on how quickly we receive your content (copy, photos, logo); if you do not have them, we can produce them.
Which technologies do you use, and do I own the website?+

After the final payment, the domain, source code, database and hosting accounts are yours, and on request we hand them over together with the technical documentation.
