What it is
Since 2024, every B2B invoice issued in Romania must be submitted to ANAF's RO e-Factura system, and since 2025 the obligation has extended to B2C; SAF-T reporting (the D406 return) is mandatory for all taxpayer categories. Our service removes the manual work from this process: we connect your online shop, CRM, ERP or application to SmartBill, SAGA, Oblio or directly to the ANAF API, so every invoice is generated, validated and submitted automatically, and ANAF responses (acceptance, errors) are visible in your system. Technology & approach
We work with the official SmartBill, Oblio and SAGA APIs, with the ANAF API (OAuth authentication with certificate or token, invoice submission and download, status checks) and with the UBL 2.1 format required by RO e-Factura. We build integrations in Node.js or Laravel, with processing queues, retries and a full log, or through n8n for simple flows. For WooCommerce, Shopify, Odoo and custom platforms we have ready-built connectors adapted to your way of working (invoicing at order, delivery or payment). We test on the ANAF test environment, then move to production with monitoring and alerts for any rejected invoice.

How long does it take to build a website?+
