What it is
Signage is the customer's first physical contact with your business: the illuminated sign on the facade, the 3D letters in reception, the totem at the car park entrance, the lightboxes in the window, the interior wayfinding and the door plates. We design every element in our Botoșani studio, taking into account the building's architecture, visibility from the street and local regulations, then produce through our verified partner Vizual Print: acrylic, aluminium or stainless steel letters with LED lighting, lightboxes with composite or polycarbonate faces, aluminium totems and directional panels. Installation is carried out by our own team across Romania, and for the Republic of Moldova, Italy and the rest of Europe we organise production and logistics.

How we work
We start with a site visit or with photos and dimensions you send us. We propose the right solution (letter type, lighting, colours, fixing system) and simulate it on a photo of your facade so you see the exact result. We send a firm quote and, after approval, prepare the technical documentation required for the permit. Production typically takes 7-14 working days depending on complexity, and installation is done with our own equipment and a certified electrician, with a handover report and maintenance instructions.

What does a visual identity package include?+
The basic Brand Kit (249 EUR) includes a logo in 3 variants, colour palette, fonts, business card and source files in every format (AI, SVG, PDF, PNG). Brand Kit PRO (449 EUR) adds the brand manual, social media templates, e-mail signature, letterhead and a set of mock-ups. Delivery takes 7-10 working days, with two rounds of revisions included.
Do you handle printing and installation too, or just the design?+
Everything. We work with partner printers and manufacturers (including Vizual Print) for printed materials, large-format printing, signage, illuminated signs and vehicle wraps, and in Botoșani and the surrounding area we carry out the installation with our own team. You receive a single quote covering design, production and installation, and a single delivery date.
How long does a photo shoot or a video spot take?+
A product or corporate photo shoot takes half a day to a full day, and you receive the edited photos within 5-7 days. A 30-60 second video spot (Video Pack, 449 EUR) involves one shooting day and 7-10 days of editing, with two rounds of changes. We travel with our equipment across the Moldova region, and for the rest of the country and Italy we schedule consolidated shooting days.
Can I use the logo and materials without restrictions?+
Yes. After the final payment, the usage rights to the logo, graphic materials, photos and videos produced for you are transferred entirely to your company, for any channel and duration, in Romania and abroad. The only exception is third-party licensed fonts and elements, for which you receive clear licensing guidance.
