We helped a local association structure its activity, access funding and move its communication and records into simple digital tools.

Scut Botoșănean is a local civic association with its own publication, active on issues of community interest. The organisation had dedicated volunteers but ran without procedures, centralised records or steady funding.
We began with a four-week organisational review: mission, structure, decision flows, legal obligations and reporting. From it we defined a simple governance plan, an annual activity calendar and a funding strategy focused on local programmes, tax-redirection sponsorships and two European funding lines accessible to small NGOs.
On the digital side we implemented tools volunteers can use without complex training: member and donor records, basic bookkeeping, electronic signatures for documents and a newsletter system for communicating with the community. We also prepared the first two funding applications, one of which was approved.
