We are a company based in Botoșani, founded in 2023, that brings four divisions under one roof: IT Services (websites, online shops, apps, infrastructure), Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO), Advertising Production (branding, print, photo-video, signage) and Business Consulting (business plans, EU funding, digitalisation). The practical advantage is that you no longer coordinate four suppliers: one contract, one team, one project lead.

Our headquarters are in Botoșani, but more than 70% of our projects run remotely: we have clients in Bucharest, Iași, Cluj and Suceava, in the Republic of Moldova (through our sister company MATEGEO INTERNATIONAL MOLDOVA in Chișinău) and in Italy, where we work with businesses such as Creo Art Casa and GioSpeed Logistic. Meetings take place on Google Meet or Zoom, contracts are signed electronically, and advertising production is shipped by courier anywhere in the EU.

It means our team is certified by all three platforms, that we manage accounts through verified Business Manager and Manager Accounts, and that we have direct access to support representatives and to new features before their public release. For you, the benefit is concrete: account issues resolved in hours rather than weeks, and campaigns configured according to the platform's official recommendations, not guesswork.

A professional landing page starts at 300 EUR, a presentation website at 390 EUR, an online shop at 690 EUR, and management of Google, Meta or TikTok campaigns from 149 EUR per month (the ad budget is paid separately, directly to the platform). All prices are public on our packages page and in the online calculator, and you receive the final quote in writing within 48 hours of our conversation.

Yes, every project has a services contract signed electronically, with a technical annex listing the deliverables, phases, deadlines and fixed price. The contract also covers confidentiality, intellectual property rights (the source files and the website belong to you after the final payment) and GDPR-compliant data processing. Monthly subscriptions can be terminated with 30 days' notice.

For one-off projects the standard is 50% deposit on signing and 50% on delivery; for projects above 2,000 EUR we split payment into 3-4 milestone-based instalments. Subscriptions are invoiced monthly, in advance. We accept bank transfer (RON or EUR) and card payments, we issue VAT invoices, and for EU businesses with a valid VAT number we apply the reverse charge.

We communicate and deliver in Romanian and English, and for clients in Italy we have Italian-speaking colleagues. The websites we build can be multilingual from the start (RO/EN/IT/DE etc.), with a correct SEO structure for every language, and we write ad campaigns natively in the language of the target market, never machine-translated.

Every website we deliver includes a privacy policy, a cookie policy, a correctly configured consent banner and forms with explicit consent. As a provider, we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you, keep data on EU-based servers and never use your customers' information for any purpose other than the one contracted. On request, we also prepare the internal GDPR documentation for your company.

We reply to every message within one working day, usually within a few hours, and you receive the written quote within 48 hours of the first conversation. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (Romanian time), but clients with a maintenance contract have an emergency line available at weekends too.

Both. Our office is at Str. Prieteniei no. 1, Botoșani, and we are happy to welcome you by appointment. For clients in other cities or countries we hold meetings on Google Meet or Zoom, in Romanian, English or Italian, and after every conversation we send a written summary of what was agreed.
