2. Legal framework
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the applicable Romanian legal framework including Law no. 190/2018, and the relevant rules concerning electronic-communications privacy and cookie usage.
3. What data we may collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, company, role, or other information submitted through forms.
- Commercial-request data: request subject, message, service of interest, indicative budget, and interaction history with the team.
- Recruitment data: CV, professional links, portfolio, cover letter, and attached documents.
- Complaint data: complaint content, attachments, and details required for resolution.
- Limited technical data: IP, user agent, language, referrer, and information required for security, functionality, and basic analysis.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling requests submitted through forms and contact channels for pre-contractual steps or contract performance.
- Responding to complaints, administrative requests, and service issues based on legitimate interest and applicable legal obligations.
- Managing applications and recruitment processes at the request of the data subject or for pre-contractual steps.
- Sending acknowledgements, operational messages, and requested responses.
- Managing newsletter subscriptions where the user has provided consent or another lawful basis applies.

5. Who may receive the data

6. International transfers

- Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the subscription becomes inactive or unjustified.
8. Data-subject rights
Under the GDPR, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or misuse. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
